My name is Heinz Bormann and I am the founder of the NGO Dresden Banjul Organisation. Our journey began with a vision to make a significant impact on global health, starting with the establishment of the Kundembo Health Center. Since its inception, we have been steadfast in our financial support to the clinic, nurturing it to become a beacon of hope for its community.

Our primary fundraiser, the Dresden Dakar Banjul Rallye, has been crucial in mobilizing resources to continually support the Kundembo Health Center. This thrilling adventure not only challenges participants but also channels vital funds into improving healthcare facilities. Thanks to the incredible efforts of "Team Südheide" and other dedicated supporters, we are successfully building a maternal ward, which will significantly enhance the center's capacity to care for mothers and their babies.
